No such thing as a good English accent. There are just different English accents and some people's ears are tuned to a wide variety while others are not. Perhaps your ears are just not tuned to a wide variety of English accents.
Aside from the accent, his English is great, it's fluent, clear and easy to understand. Or do you learn better with someone who has an English-British accent? 🧐

I can't find Visual design and Layout folder when using Kotlin, they appear only when using Java project, any clue?
