    I really like how you explained the Byzantine generals problem using the Lagos analogy. Your lectures are very relatable.

    I only got to learn about your channel recently and I must admit your work is inspiring, I also respect your disclaimer at the beginning of this course on how this is from a finance and economics point of view.
    Great job Dr.

    I like your honesty with enaira
    The cryptography part and the elevation of Biafra sophistication is ridiculous, cryptography has been employed since time immemorial during War. War brings innovation, the Yorubas have what they called Osan, I don't think you know Aroko sef.
    Great leacture, God bless you for taking your time to explain to neophytes like me

    This is so broken down to its atoms, I never saw the application of blockchain technology in preserving electoral integrity.

    Great lecture Dr brown... learning a lot from you and great delivery too. The tax benefits of enaira is not essentially exclusive. The FIRS has the power to freeze bank accounts where the transaction flow doesn't match tax remittance and despite the low financial inclusion a lot is left unchecked. While the advantage of more financial inclusion may come up for enaira, it doesn't essentially translate to higher tax revenue unless the capacity of FIRS is enhanced to better do it's job.

    What is the future of the blockchain technology in the near future era of quantum computing? What if quantum computers breaks the rule of blockchain? Isn't that a huge threat to having a fully liberal financial mecanism, where there is no centralized governance? Are central banks the real problem to solve? I think the current banking system is not completely useless. It only needs to be revolutionized in such a way that it empowers development of countries rather than empowering and serving individuals and multinationals and powerful countries

    Time stamp in blockchain? That may not be particularly correct. It's actually called a Hash. Blocks are denoted by hashes not time stamps. Especially if your referring to proof-of-stake or proof-of-work blockchains. Where timestamps are used are in proof-of-history blockchains like Solana

    • @ebiekutanmichael7661
      @ebiekutanmichael7661 Год назад

      There's a timestamp added that forms the block hash.
      All blockchain have timestamps.

    • @chukwuemekaallison
      @chukwuemekaallison Год назад

      @@ebiekutanmichael7661 yes but that isn't what differentiates each block.

    • @chukwuemekaallison

      Nodes are not linked by timestamps in a blockchain but by hashes.

    "Blockchain can be used to make smart contracts"?... Solidity is used to "make smart contracts"...

    • @temitopeojo26
