Highly recommend to always be vigilant and ALWAYS make sure you give way to pedestrian, slow down when you approach school zones, follow the speed limit, make sure when you change speeds from slow to fast, you have to change speed AFTER you pass the speed limit sign, and when you change from fast to slow speed, make sure you slow down to the speed limit BEFORE you get to the speed limit sign. Check your mirrors and blind spots before you merge, merge like a zip and also when you come up to a roundabout, you ALWAYS giveaway to the cars on THE RIGHT. Do not tailgate, always leave a 2 car distance between you and the car in front when driving. When you drive on the motor way, and you change into the speed lane, make sure you speed up just above 103-104km/h.

Good Question Bro, There is no official tolerance used by road Testing Time and they have the power to prosecute for as little as 1km/h over the speed limit, so you should aim to keep below the speed limit.
I have my restricted license test in 4 days with VTNZ Mt Wellington/Sylvia Park. Is the test route the same for both full & restricted? Fingers crossed I pass, I'm so nervous ahhh!!!
Hey at that first give way turning left were you allowed to turn straight into the T2 lane and stay there ? Or should you not turn into T2 lane directly
This starts at the VTNZ Sylvia Park car park. The driving takes place mainly around the Sylvia Park, Mt Wellington area. This is an urban/residential area so a 50 k speed limit applies. ( keep practice and maintain the speed limits 47 to 49 K ) There are a couple of Stop signs to negotiate along Camp road / Walters road - where you may do the Parallel Park exercise. Thereafter you will encounter the Mt Wellington Highway roundabout. Temporary speed sign A temporary speed limit of 30km/h applies. Temporary speed-limit signs are usually put up when there is work being done on or near the road

The restricted license test is just to demonstrate to the instructor that you know how to drive and know the road code. Good luck 👍🏻
