It took them 10 years but they finally had the balls to talk about mara's girlfriend.

Is there any character that isn't WOKE in Destiny 2 because it seems like every character is either gay, lesbian, bye, or trans now! This is another reason why I stop playing Destiny! Can anyone in the West make anything without making it WOKE trash?! It's in every movie, tv show, video game, books, and news now, you can't get away from anymore! This right here is why Manga and anime are kicking Hollywood's ass right now!

Sjur and Mara’s relationship has been established since Forsaken…which was six years ago. Maya Sundaresh and Chioma Esi have been known for nine years since The Taken King. To argue that this Destiny turned “woke” recently is just false. You can count the number of LGBT characters on your hands. Micah, Ana, Eramis, Osiris, Saint, and the ones I mentioned earlier, not to mention that for everyone besides the last three, you literally have to go looking deep in lore over multiple items to even find out this information. Meanwhile there are hundreds of characters in the game. It’s a game about space wizards, damn it, and your biggest concern is over whether a character that doesn’t even show up likes men or women?

@Atlantis 06785 And btw if you think anime and manga are completely devoid of this “wokeness” you must have your head in the sand
