Hi Andy, You have got the ball on a string, the Stealth driver in particular, which easily sorted the driver choice out. I think the Gen6 irons actually had the edge for you. The ball flight is terrific and they were very well fitted for you by PXG. The 0317 is more of a heart choice perhaps, even though you still strike them well. You are going to have a good Pro-AM. A very entertaining view as ever and “I’ve gotta be honest with you,” your catchphrase is working well too!
Great video as usual. I took 2" off of my driver shaft a few years ago and it is the best club in my bag (maverick max). The accuracy is amazing and, in turn, the distance has increased because of the confident control. You look like you are hitting all of your clubs well. Perhaps try shortening your stealth 2 driver by 1" and have the best of both worlds

I've been playing around with cavity back irons too. For me, my Gen3 0311P irons go straighter easier than the cavity backs but the cavity backs are easier to shape the ball flight. The cavity backs can be more fun but, if I'm being honest with myself, the hollow body irons are going to go straighter more frequently. I'm sticking with the hollow bodies when it matters and have fun with the cavity backs on the 9 hole course.
Driver, Mini, pxg 7w, pxg 6h, pxg Gen 6 irons, chipper and 56 wedge,and putter. The sound coming off the gen 6 irons is so pure. Then use the 0317 irons for your practice rounds and to improve ball striking!! Especially since you have all the iron shafts matched up!!
Andy, when u can, try what I just changed to. 0311 G6 in my 5-7. 8-PW 0317 CB bent 2% strong. It’s the perfect set up. Blends perfect. I have explosive distance less spin in my longer irons. Tremendous feel and workability in my short attack irons w more spin to hold greens. Best of both worlds. 👍🏻🎂🎉
Andy, you got me doing the same loading the bag based on where I'm playing. Hahahah been doing it since winter with how windy the course was. Did/Do I need a low ball with long rollout or higher ball flight and landing softer? I get to mix and match, and it's cause my dude Andy. Keep up the great work. This all started when I sent a chipr video to a friend, and he got it for me for my bday. I hole out alot more as well but I have never taken it out of the bag.
Loving my 0317cb's i play 5 thru G bent 2 strong then the the 0317 blade gap 2 weak. So technically i have 2 gap wedges but there 4 degrees difference. Then go 56 and 60 wedge.
Looks to me like all the clubs that were fitted for you are the best......thats a surprise 😂😂😂...think you just like the 0317...they weren't as good as gen 6....butvwe all like shinny things
Great video, Andy out of interest what sort of flight does the pro force v2 shaft give is does it more of a mid/high flight as all shaft these days seem to advertise low spin low flight, no good for people who need struggle with hitting a driver high.
I was fitted for a va composite SLAY shaft ... although regular totally different feel and flight.... I think a good fitting with an independent club fitting company is by far the best way...
Proforce v2 is mid flight, it's a very different feeling shaft, it's very accurate but the feel is so different it's almost boardy, people love it or hate it, I don't care for it at boards,, its a very dead feel and it's mid spin
It is not a mini driver just an old fashioned 2 wood with a fancy paint job. Not a criticism, I grew up playing a 2 wood - although given my age you will not be surprised to find it was a wooden wood!
2023 for golf gear is like going to Christmas dinner and there’s 50 things you LOVE and all for different reasons, yet you only have a 10” plate to fill and it all simply will never fit. Choices, choices. And on the next day the desires and outcome could be different AGAIN. Not a slam, bam, wham decision here!!!

I concur about the 5 hybrid! I've got the SiM 2 Max. 4 hybrid too.
I use the callaway triple track and find them wonderful for putting and helpful off the tee. I will not use anything else

Can’t call a 13.5 degree wood a mini driver when it’s a big 3 wood. Mini driver has to be the 11.5. I just use my Cobra XB with a shorter shaft.

driver has a shorter shaft and more forgiving head. that would be my choice
