What matters is how you respond to them. Instead of seeking sympathy or validation, channel that energy into working harder, pushing further, and grinding longer.
When you're out there alone, putting in the work, remember that it's your journey and yours alone. Complaining won't get you results; relentless effort will.
No one is going to do it for you. So stop looking for an easy way out, stop waiting for recognition, and dig deep. Outwork everyone, outlast every obstacle, and prove to yourself what you're truly capable of. STAY HARD!

I was doing great for the first 30 years of my life.. I moved out at 19, put myself through trade school, started my own business and did very well on my own, traveled and had a good life..
Something traumatic happened that was outside of my control and sadly, it triggered everything that I held inside since childhood 😞
He did something right we are watching a 1 hour video of him he's not watching us. Lol 😅
@merncat3384 it's ok you got this. You cannot let that tear you down. There's some things that are out of our control that we cannot change in our lives but we are in control of ourselves and what we do from this day forward just got to get back on track

Just got stabbed over the weekend by my brother in law because he was beatin on my little sister I guess I shouldn't of got in the middle but I was hospitalized lost my job, was embarrassed because the emt strpied me naked in front of my neighborhood and now both hate me. I'm literally broken spiritually mentally emotionally. Im broken. But I will NOT give up as long as I have air in my lungs . Thanks David goggins your my hero.

Hey man I commend you for stepping in & putting that POS in his place. As a woman, thank you for having her back. You’ll get through this. Life hands us a plate of shit we eat it with a smile on our faces & then turn things around for the better
Man, from a kid until 17 years old, i was a psychopath for basketball. Love got in the way. 19, I found out right before my gf was pregnant, she was drunk at a guys house getting ran through by 3 guys. I chose not to believe it. We found out she was pregnant around the same time I got an STD. I still believed her lies. "i got it from a toilet seat" etc. One day I finally told myself, it all makes sense. I got on drugs and drinking for the next 11 years trying to escape. A year ago I was on fentanyl sitting in an empty room with everything I loved, I sold for money. I quit on my own. No rehab, nothing. Im an addict, alcoholic, but I wont use that as an excuse. Goggins got me back into my ways. I run, I go to the gym, I'm motivated, I refuse to lose. I could've gone the easy route & died young. Fck that, I've been to hell time after time. It's time to win baby
People give you hell... too bad no one told them you are the Devil.
Let's reach into the dungeon-together-and get those people out.They are the ones who need the greatest love. Like you-like me. I still have chaffed wrists from that place.

This is interesting, and truth, but potentially a bi-product of a misconstrued society. Tribe men would head off and train, for 1,000s of years, people have been conditioned to run 30 to 200 miles, hunting, in packs.
This being said, David Goggins is one of the motivations, for my training. Because its that real now, and because of David Goggins, I can call myself an ultra marathon runner.
I truly am serious. I am not joking.
