- When villages in Mexico are attacked by a strange winged creature, ornithologist and Elsie's old fiancé Lawrence Cohen (Tate Donovan) calls H.E.A.T. for help. They quickly discover the beast is Quetzalcoatl, an evolutionary hybrid of bird and dinosaur capable of breathing fire and protected by impenetrable feathers. The team must find a way to stop the creature, but matters worsen when Quetzalcoatl takes Elsie to feed to its hungry young.

Funny thing Larry, that was already being discuss by 1993, and made fact after this cartoon come along, birds are direct descendants of dinosaurs.
Lawrence Cohen looks and sounds like Hercules from Hercules

i still remember as a child first watching this series, and at 1:04 when Q shows up, my immediate reaction was that it was Rodan, which given the shot and shadows one could easily mistake one for the other, part of me hopes if the Monsterverse Q ever makes an appearance they use this design as a kinda easter egg, part of me even theorizes in that case that Q and Rodan are of the same/similar species

I just realized:His name is Larry Cohen, the same name as the IRL movie director who made films like “God told Me Too”, “The Stuff”, and “Q:The Winged Serpent.” And, that last movie was about Quetzalcoatl. I bet you that was intentional
