Regarding proxies, I would say it depends on how many businesses you are planning on scraping, and how fast. If it's a few hundred businesses you should be fine without proxies. If you are planning on scraping thousands of businesses in a short period of time then you'll likely need proxies.

If you have multiple phantom instances then you would need to export the CSV result file from each phantom, upload them to a spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets) and then remove the duplicates by following this guide: blog.coupler.io/how-to-remove-duplicates-in-google-sheets/
why is it that by entering a URL of an area in google maps at the end of the search I find results even outside the area I had entered? I mean outside hundreds of miles...

Hey, not sure why that's happening. When I export the CSV and import it in Excel all the data is split in separate columns.
