EASY STEPS TO CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH
1. On your touch screen vehicle display select the phone icon to begin Bluetooth connection.
2. Select “ Phone Settings” on your vehicle display.
3. Select “Pair Device” on your vehicle display.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
5. Once your mobile device has located your vehicle, Select your vehicle name.
6. Please input the "unique code" that your vehicle has implemented on your vehicle display.
7. Once your vehicle has detected your Bluetooth device, there will be a voice over to ask you to name your device. You may now respond by naming your Bluetooth device.
8. Your vehicle will then, repeat what you are naming your device. It will then ask your to confirm if it is correct, you should reply with "YES" if this sound correct to you.
9. The vehicle will then voice over to confirm by saying "Your vehicle has been successfully paired"

Can you play music with your phone through this option? I have a 2015 Terrain, and have followed all steps you have shown, but I cannot get music to play through my Bluetooth.
I did the same thing on the video I connected my phone to the car but nothing happened still I play my music but no sound coming out
I play my music after connecting this way.
Make sure you select “SOURCE” scroll down and select “Bluetooth Audio” and it should access your music on your phone...also make sure volume on your phone and radio are up and it should work. SN:I have a 2014 GMC Terrain and an IPHONE 11

🤔 I have a workaround method to this, if you know how to tune the regular radio on it. You can use the "Sumind BT70B FM transmitter". It's a device you plug into your car outlet to send a signal to a blank/ static empty unused radio station and transmit the audio from it to that blank radio station. You connect your Bluetooth to the device, and the device automatically completely takes over the unused static radio station. It has to be unused though. This was my plan when I thought I had to buy an old car without Bluetooth. Turns out I have to do it with this newer SUV too... Damn this 2014 GMC Terrain SLE-1. The gadget costed me $28.00 on ebay. 😮💨 Thanks for your help anyway ladies.
