Fantastic interview Matt. I love the enthusiasm in Paul at the moment. He knows big things are coming down the pipeline, shareholders are getting just as excited
Another stellar interview Matt & team. A little disappointed with the way the deal got cut but Paul expressed his confidence in this being the right deal for shareholders and hes executed to date, why doubt him now. Excited for the months ahead.
They are certainly making a lot of the right moves. Can they increase the feed through the mill? Can they monetise Dumont? Can they get the ore sorter going? Can they find more coarse gold at BH? And what else can they do with the cash they are throwing off to create accretive value? Exciting times ahead.
Thanks for another great interview Matt. Love the enthusiasm from Paul. He’s accomplished so much in his first year. Can’t wait to see what year 2 with him at the helm holds.
When will share price reflect the value Paul and KRR is generating? Still down from where Paul joined the team in 2019. While most of my other gold investments have risen substantially.
Excellent point. Share price is the real measure. That said, to be fair the company then and the company now are completely different animals. Balance sheets are light years apart, as is the cash position. Debt being paid down. Costs dramatically down. This story needs 6 more months.
Good question! Apparently there are lots of opinions on this. The change in fortunes is remarkable and the news flow positive but need to see the share price moving too. We think the growing institutional holding will help.
@@CRUXInvestor Yes. What is the development plan for the recently acquired Spargos Reward property: start on the historic resource area or newly identified targets? Thanks for asking!!!
Please get your guests to give an overall company and situation snapshot when talking about their company for people viewing information about that company for the first time
I reluctantly sold my shares because of the "yes" vote on the reverse-stock split and will buy back in after the price settles into what the market deems acceptable. (I looked at the CRUX website article outlining why a reverse stock split is good and checked out the prices of the companies who were thought to have benefited from the stock split. This action may have benefited the company, but I don't think that reversals are in the best interest of the shareholders.) KRR would have naturally landed over a dollar without reducing the share number of existing stock owners. An improving balance sheet is what will attract investors, which will happen over time with improved revenue, cost reductions, and share buybacks - to counteract dilution.
Shahriar Shimi yes I understand that as did the 89% of shareholders that voted in favour of it, I’m wondering when it will be implemented. That’s what I want answered from PH.
Why not me 17 He will not be giving a direct answer to that in my opinion beyond what he explained in that aforementioned crux interview about implementing it once the time and opportunity is right . Hey if he touches up on it more I would love to know as well
Karora Resources now needs a world ore sorting testing lab for ore sorting manufacturers. Providing ore from many of Karora's mines, to test ore sorters would be very beneficial to sorting manufacturers and Karora. By providing necessary infrastructure, and ore to these sorting manufacturers, will insure Karora's position on the cutting edge of this technology, for future prosperity.
I would be ok with this deal had we not been diluted 9 months ago for 45 million+22.5 million warrants for the cash to sit in the bank while paying 10% on debt. Huey Dilutey should of bought this 100% cash
@@CRUXInvestor timelines for increasing production numbers. How are they decreasing costs of production. Any intentions to start dividends.. he also mentioned they conducted the stock consolidation to increase exposure to institutional investors/ potential ETF inclusion, curious how's that's panning out. Pardon the pun. thanks a lot for asking!
If Huet wants to finally reward his shareholders I'll take delivery in raw gold, no need to refine it. Since the SP can't do the job raw gold will. Honestly I don't want to hear his voice one more time. HE wants to talk average grade? They sandbagged the average grade at BH! I guess cost of time of investments is lost on Paul. Love the property/land, maybe not so much management. I can buy an explorer with no assets and make money, WTF Paul?
@@CRUXInvestor Hi Matt, hope you're well, thanks for asking. I'd like to know if the revised resource estimate is on track for the end of this year and which areas are the primary focus to increase the resource estimate currently. HGO is a large package to do guess work on for the RE, how many meters of drilling will be added into the RE if they manage to get that done in 2020. If KRR chooses not to have the RE done this year why not? Very little has been discussed regarding the progress on that topic besides the news that they had hired someone to do the work. Maybe I missed related news? IDK. How about an update on the progress in meters of drilling that has been achieved to date and cost per meter? There are many questions others will add so I'll stop there. Thank you for asking Matt. Have a great week.
He sounds defensive, clearly unhinged. At first I thought it was a joke. Laughing, I looked up their website to find the share structure, and predictably, I had to read the presentation to find the share structure: 672 MILLION shares. I'd hoard toilet paper over these shares.
The stock price has been anemic, particularly when I look at other stocks owned in this sector. He's a great talker, but can he deliver? I took my money elsewhere.
Is the number of shares issued really that important? OZ minerals had 3.2 billion (not a typo) from all the capital raising(s) in it's past to expand, before it finally consolidated. It's still giving me and all it's other share holders good value/returns today. If the company is bringing in positive cashflow, for me that's the bottom line.
@@beta400rr2 yes it is more shares less your shares u bought b4 they dilute them like this are worthless last bd with warrants cost based on math about 20$ a share if they just mined gold didnt dilute you'd be up 20$ more per share down the road then you will be now IMHO
@@CRUXInvestor Bring up the Dumont sale. I don't know what your opinion is, but for me, size of the project + nickel price = an undervalued sale. If memory serves me well, it was just under 30% of a top 5 nickel deposit worldwide in a great jurisdiction...
sorry but no matter how they skin it i still bent over last bd now this dilution of 5% please, next stop dilution to unbottle neck the mill, just hope all works to get out even or up b4 that happens either way i dont see retail staying after it happens which i see no way its not coming IMHO
New management felt the same way about the royalty that they inherited when they worked the numbers out on BH. Royalty was punitive. Yes, less than ideal how long the negotiations took. Management won't have been happy with that either. We want to see what they can do now the royalty pressure is reduced. They have cash so no excuses left.
@@CRUXInvestor yep well its all wait and see now been good on cash b4 and still did a bd that wasnt needed just had wait a month or 2 over doing it but hey we'll see i believe in the geology of the ground and the gold in it
@@CRUXInvestor Agreed, now they have cash, no more excuses. 10% royalty is a lot & really important. I loved Klondex and felt they gave it to HL for way too little, it was upsetting. That wasn't the topic we wanted to discuss. We will get there. Speaking to Paul this week too.
