- We have previously done a review for Saint Laurent College Large bag, but we think it would be good to review on the size comparison so you will have a better gauge what suit you better. Both are really good size and lightweight even though they have huge metal hardware for the YSL logo (opening) and chain straps.

oooh I have this exact same bag (medium) in the color your sis has (grained black leather). I did not know they did the college in croc embossed. BEAUTIFUL

Joanne Yim hello, thanks for watching :) I did not regret the Chevron style a single bit. But I did regret the size since I was really small frame, the bag is kind of too big for me.
The Croc Embossed is not shiny like Patent but probably a sheen of shine on it when lights reflect.

Both bags are beautiful. It was my first time to see a college bag not in chevron thus I want to ask, are the side leather similar to the chevron one wherein some say it slouches overtime? Or is it actually thicker and makes the bag more structured?
I have the classic medium collage bag in black but mines the old version with the chain drop of 47.5 cm... I know they have since updated the strap to a length of 55cm...do you know if saint laurent sell the 55cm strap separate as I would like to use it on my old classic collage bag in medium as of now I cannot wear mine cross body so need to 55cm strap
What is your height for the medium size? The crossbody fits perfect.
On the black bag is the any writing on top of the handle please or on the leather bit of the strap please ?? X

Kristina Miliauskaite hi there i do not think so. My suggestion would also to avoid that as it will definitely weigh down the bag and it might be overly heavy for the handle/chain to handle the weight... Hope it helps
