Had my first colonoscopy this summer. Prep wasn’t too bad. Before they put me out they placed a warm blanket on me. Best 30 minute nap I’ve had in years!!!
Ladies! The quality of your video and sound is top of the line! Good on you! Also I was laughing out loud in the airport listening to this one. Thanks so much!
Hey girls, I just listened to your Girls Weekend So Hard podcast...I'm born and raised in NE, currently living in Lincoln. I love all of your stories, but especially the ones about NE!! My childhood girlfriends from Hastings (six of us) are spread out between CO and NE. We talk almost daily on our text string, Zoom when we can and get together once to two times a year. This podcast hit particularly close to home as all of my girls were in Lincoln this past weekend and I had to miss the gathering due to prior plans which caused me to be out of town. I was crushed and had major FOMO the entire time. On Saturday while I was gone they 'broke' (I use that term loosely) into my house and sent me pictures of them hanging out on my patio and with my dogs...I just laughed because that is the kind of sh*t that we do. And that is minor. LOL As you both mentioned, just being around 'your people' is always good for the soul, especially in NE! Sidenote: after going through all of the good and bad times when we were young, we now are there for each other for the 'fun' things we get to do in our early 50's (mammos, colonoscopies, pre-menopause, etc). They are my family. Keep up the great work ladies and great choice on the Kim Crawford there Jen!!
I had a screening mammogram last Tuesday that showed some asymmetry on my right side, so they had me come in for another mammogram and ultrasound on Thursday. It was just a lymph node. I was kind of panicky for the two days but am glad I got it done.
My mom, aunt, and their only female cousin all died of breast cancer. I was 25 when my mom died. I go through stages of being diligent about getting mammograms or refusing to get them because what I don't know may kill me, but I won't know I'm dying. I just watched your latest podcast. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment. I was going to tell him that I'm done having mammograms. Each one always opens a can of worms. Ultrasound, MRI, biopsy, stress, fear. Then, "Looks good, See you in a year!" But I think I'm going to do it this year. Knowledge is power. Save the tatas! Thanks, Ladies. Oh, and colonoscopies aren't bad. It's actually a great nap! It's the prep that sucks. I suggest getting a nice hotel room for the night before, one with a TV in the bathroom. 😮
Kristin. You need to stop in Gresham, Nebraska! We own the Big Horn bar and grill there! You’d like our small town bar I know! Not far from where you grew up.
Elon Musk-Shivon Zillis had twins, he and “Crazy Train” had 3(latest with surrogate), and twins with Justine Wilson(after first child passed away), then triplets.
Kristen stop worrying about the nips. I can't see it at all. I love being old enough not to give a shit anymore and just run errands without a bra now! 😂😂😂😂
Ahhh! Time to pause my day, grab a snack, and watch some imomsohardddd!!! 💙😍

Rhonda Shearer bras on HSN are the best. You can wear 2 at a time and get better support. No underwire!!!!
And very affordable!!!
In Maryland you do not need an order for an annual mammogram!
Where did Kristen get her jacket??? I love it!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a hubby who loses rings. He is on his 4th ring

It's perimenopause!!! That causes all kinds of $hit!
