Hi Ricky Al here from Switzerland, all your lessons are great,I don’t always understand them, but they are always good. I love your tangents, there’s always something more to learn. Alan

Really nicely made point about counter intuitive. I'm starting to consider other actions in daily life that are perhaps exaggerated as well. Mmmm. Thanks!!

Great tip, but I fear your "biting point of a clutch" analogy is gonna miss for a lot of us Americans. We're a dying breed here, manual transmission drivers! :)

Especially tough when you play bass AND guitar. Those teeny strings are so easy to over-press 😳

I started learning guitar about four years ago and I still struggle with this! I have to remind myself that I don't need all that pressure to fret a chord, especially barre chords! Thanks for the reminder!

Play it clean then press down harder you'll hear the change in pitch real quick. Also it will be worse depending on your setup at the nut and over all setup of the truss rod and string height at the bridge.
