We came up for the show and were standing by the railings a bit behind ice cream van. Screens made it good. Coast guards had work cut out keeping people, especially kids, from getting close to the sea and even standing on the railings 🙄 We agree new lights such as aliens are great, much more perceived movement, that is what made them exciting when we were young. Only downside to night was long walk back to Hampton by Hilton as trams were rammed.
Fantastic video Caroline. I must admit that the RUclips copyright thing honestly rips my knitting. It's one thing if someone is trying to profit from other people's work, but these vlogs are harmless. I've even heard a couple of my own songs in the background on vlogs. It makes no sense. Please pardon my french, but it really pisses me off. If a song is being played in public, the artist already gets royalties (mostly) if the people comply. We hear music everywhere.
Missed you again, was out by the stage, at the start around 5pm. Then back out again ,I saw walk on the wildside ,I was standing right behind him when the lights and fireworks came on about 9.30on by the pipe of poop

BTW went to Notariannis and saw scaffolding going up at the old Woolworths the staff were saying they will be knocking it down next week.

Yeah it does my head in, out in a public space there is often music. If I don't mute it or swap it out then I get spanked by RUclips for copyright 😢
