The second one is your bionic arms. You can upgrade your bionic arm to a stun arm, which can stun enemies and develop other arms later on. Also you can upgrade Snake by upgrading, for example, +mobility, which will increase his speed. The last one is your suits. You can get and upgrade a sneaking suit or a battle dress. The sneaking suit can increase health recovery speed and makes your footprints silent at full crouch speed not sprinting. The battle dress I think you will like, it increases your defense which means you can take way more bullet hits than usual. (I saw your live stream and saw the mistakes so hopefully this will help.)
