This performance video of Nanci and Eric together is very moving - I love their music, but not seen this before until today - Can't understand why they weren't superstars - Though they were for me anyway - Thank you for posting
Sadly, most superstars are not nearly as talented as Nanci and Eric. If you're interested in another superstar who never made it, search for Fred Neil videos (writer of Everybody's Talking at Me). I've just finished reading the only biography of Fred, and it's pretty heartbreaking how he started out really wanting to make it, then realized how the business is dominated by bloodsuckers and actively pushed fame away. Died in poverty. Seems like Nanci and Eric walked the integrity tightrope well. You can see how much I miss Nanci by the way I search for her on RUclips (just came across this gem which is totally new to me ruclips.net/video/iB6JL0G_ww8/видео.html). Nanci led me to Eric (the videos of them performing Two Fires and Storm). Now I'm enjoying really listening to Eric on his own.
