Brian, I passed the 7 today. I cannot thank you enough for breaking options down for me and helping me understand them. I literally could not have passed this exam without you. I am using STC but am supplementing with your classes. You are doing great work.
Hey Brian, first thanks for all your training information, it has been a great supplement to my STC program! Your visual teaching sure helps! The other reason I wanted to leave a comment is to help with the videos (in particular this one). The reason your camera keeps drifting focus is because of those two chairs you have placed on the sides. The auto focus looks for high contrast points for reference on where it should focus. Because the chairs are very high contrast and slightly forward of your position the camera keeps latching onto them and moving your shot out of focus. Thanks for your work. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I've taken the "legacy series 7" 3 times missing it by 10 points twice and the last time by 6. I passed the SIE with no problem. Would you think the newly structured test might be easier for someone like myself to finally tackle?
I just passed my SIE yesterday and am about to begin studying for my 7. It seems my SIE prepped me for at least a 1/4 of this test am I wrong? Any advice?
Howie Carson yes I agree because I just passed a month ago and studying now for the 7 I take my top off July 12th and I am more nervous than I was with the SIE because a lot the information in the 7 I am not familiar with.
Passed series 7 recently. I watched this video a day before exam. It has immensely helped me. Around 7-8 questions on taxation.thank you so much.

Easier? Good question. The Top-off exam has a lot of the same topics, i.e., options, muni's and a lot of suitability. Just fewer questions.

Yes, in a way. I think you will find the 7 to be far more challenging. That is the general consensus.
