Can you please write here what is the exact height of those water bottles cause I cannot find it?
I'm interested in elite jet 550 and 750ml.

Sorry for the delay. The Elite Jet 550ml height (base to top of nozzle) is 8" / 20.32 cm and the 750ml is 9.5" / 24.13 cm.

What is the height of the 950ml water bottle? I can't seem to find it online.

I don't have the bottle to measure it myself anymore but online they are listed as: 16.4 cm (350 ml) / 20.4 cm (550 ml) / 24.1 cm (750 ml) - 27.5 cm (950 ml).

These look nice, but don't work. The valve closes down when you try to drink. When you are very tired cycling up hill, this becomes a problem. Previous Elite designs were much better.

That's an interesting observation. I haven't had that issue with their push-pull nozzle closing while drinking. I'd recommend trying out the Polar Breakaway / Camelbak Podium bottles, you would probably prefer the "jet valve" design which I think is easier to drink from while riding.
