Wow, my fastest Hundo casually was 50 hours and this makes that look like amateur hour 😂. What an incredible run. Memorizing all the locations of items while on missions is incredible dedication to logistical planning an route optimization. Great work!
if you can connect the dots little bit wisely you will reduce the playing time to 30-35 Hours but if you connect the dots professionally and be a master of "OM0 Technique" you may reduce it to 12 Hours..I tried to connect the dots and i managed to complete the game less than 35 Hours but i tried to enjoy the game and it wasn't like a speedrun ;)

After replays, it fades out and back in. So the screen is pretty much black, already. When the mission trigger starts to fade out, there is not much fading out left to do.

He watches a replay of a pcj bike. That way there are more chances of a pcj to spawn after the mission loads. I dont think it is a glitch.

Why were you pressing F3 after and before cutscenes?
F3 is to throw replays, if you do short replays you can shorten the fades so that they last less
After replays, it fades out and back in. So the screen is pretty much black, already. When the mission trigger starts to fade out, there is not much fading out left to do.
This is fucking impresive, and ofcourse some things could have been done faster but to be honest 12 hours without mistakes is impossible
