Given that theh are comparing it to Macbook Air M2 Base model which has a slow read and right speed which would make the new Microsoft Surface laptop look faster. Microsoft should camprw it to the new fully spec out Macbook Pro 16 M3 Pro

Does Surface laptop have cooling fan? They are comparing it with a macbook which doesn't have a cooling fan and MacBook Air will throttle on heavy cpu usage tasks since it's doesn't have cooling. So Microsoft compare it with Macbook pros, then I will decide. You can pick a machine which have the same spec as the macbook pro.

even Apple released M1 for only air models at start, hold on it will come, hopefully a better one

It's Apple fault to put 8GB and no fan on their device so it's throttle. The price and battery life is the same then it's a big win for everyone 😂
