I have to tell you a short story. First, I have never believed in such stuff. I am a first-grade teacher. My family's genetics is a mishap of circumstance. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Every bone in my body dislocates at will. I never sit because my body places pressure on my hips and causes them to dislocate. So if I am not standing and walking, I am laying down. Trying to sleep is a massive undertaking. If I lay on my back my neck dislocates. If I lay on my shoulder the weight of my chest...I am 5.3 and 110 pounds. I am tiny. The weight of my chest pushes my shoulders out of line. So I make sacrifices to sleep. I take heavy medications that often do not help. I stumbled across your video today and had never heard of asmr. I watched it. I took the first unmedicated nap of my adult life. I am about to be 48 Feb 28. I have never felt so relaxed and at peace. The weird thing is when I fell asleep somehow I did not crush myself. My friend called me an hour and a half ago. She just got out of the hospital from 911 surgery. Her pain meds are not working to reduce her pain. I said it is going to sound nuts but watch this video. Her daughter just messaged me to say, Lesa what did you do to mom she is asleep and smiling. Thank you! I do not know what kind of chemical reactions you are inducing with your asmr videos but it sure is amazing.

I've had relaxation therapy for years with very little effect, I was frustrated & feeling wired all the time, I thought I could never be able to relax......that's until I found the miracle that is Gibi on RUclips. At first, I thought she were a little strange tapping & moving random objects, I don't know why, but in 5 minutes of watching one of her videos, what was tightly wound up inside of me started to contract & I felt my muscles soften & relax. i cant explain it but the way you look at the viewer at 32:00 and say "sleepy" was SO NICE and the whole video had a very pleasant curve to it. yes you often do quieter triggers in the end but there was something special about this, i was soooo relaxed and sleepy by the end of the video, wonderful work. and ending with the gentle face covering... literal heaven.

In honor of Gibi’s upcoming birthday, I propose sharing our stories of how we discovered her channel. As for me, I was searching for a video by a personal trainer (PT) friend about 3 years ago and stumbled upon her PT roleplay posted 23 August 2018. It was obvious that Gibi knew her way around the gym, and in fact, it took a few videos for me to realize she was not an actual personal trainer (at least not as her main career). I had never heard of “ASMR,” but knew it when I felt it (having occasionally experienced it without realizing it had a name), and I’ve been a fan of this most talented and creative ASMRtist ever since.

This is definitely helping me ease my stress today. I was rear ended (about 45-50 MPH) while i was stopped earlier, and I’m nervous i will lose my first car. Thank you for your content.
Same happened to me a few years back! person rear-ended my boyfriend and I stopped at a red-light going 50mph.All our Thanksgiving food including a frozen turkey and ham became projectiles and hit us on our heads before ending up on the street. We both blacked out. Car was totaled and half the size. They had to use the jaws of life to get us out. Hope your doing okay and it wasn't as bad as that. Get a lawyer they will get money to replace your car at full value if needed or money to pay to fix it. After that I don't put things on the backseat anymore LOL goes in the trunk.. I WARN EVERYONE LOl u never know. Stay safe

I loved the near silence at the end, where there was absolutely nothing but a couple sounds here and there, something about that is so relaxing
i cant explain it but the way you look at the viewer at 32:00 and say "sleepy" was SO NICE and the whole video had a very pleasant curve to it. yes you often do quieter triggers in the end but there was something special about this, i was soooo relaxed and sleepy by the end of the video, wonderful work. and ending with the gentle face covering... literal heaven.
I really like these asmrs and I love the quality of the mics their sound quality is even better than real life

In honor of Gibi’s upcoming birthday, I propose sharing our stories of how we discovered her channel. As for me, I was searching for a video by a personal trainer (PT) friend about 3 years ago and stumbled upon her PT roleplay posted 23 August 2018. It was obvious that Gibi knew her way around the gym, and in fact, it took a few videos for me to realize she was not an actual personal trainer (at least not as her main career). I had never heard of “ASMR,” but knew it when I felt it (having occasionally experienced it without realizing it had a name), and I’ve been a fan of this most talented and creative ASMRtist ever since.

I found gibi from one of her first Raven roleplays. I had recently found asmr as a whole and found roleplays an easy way to stop overthinking and when I saw the raven one I had to watch it since I had just binged teen titans

Same happened to me a few years back! person rear-ended my boyfriend and I stopped at a red-light going 50mph.All our Thanksgiving food including a frozen turkey and ham became projectiles and hit us on our heads before ending up on the street. We both blacked out. Car was totaled and half the size. They had to use the jaws of life to get us out. Hope your doing okay and it wasn't as bad as that. Get a lawyer they will get money to replace your car at full value if needed or money to pay to fix it. After that I don't put things on the backseat anymore LOL goes in the trunk.. I WARN EVERYONE LOl u never know. Stay safe
