Been flirting on YT on Homes n Designs n everything else like most of us wld be.. but this has been a standout work n a classy end product in comparison to the some of the Gargantuan projects with collosal spending n faux interiors yielding far less returns on the spending tht is on show here. I hv never understood the exacerbated romance on large homes which is so telling in your parts.. and with it the inherent pitfalls in mismanagement in its designing n functional interpretation. This too isn't small by stds but gladly I see a better end product. First of its kind.. so salutations to Concepts n the proud owners !

Mr.shinto no doubt you are a very good architect.try to avoid the typical detailing.example windows, colour combinations, furniture detailing etc Try something different U can achieve lot Don't consider this as a negative comment
We have many limitations like availability, client's requirements, budget, practicality, maintenance etc.... we have tried different things in premium projects and theme based projects.
You said its cost effective...but no where in the video the total cost is mentioned ..kindly provide the budget with and without interior only then this video would be little helping...tks
Greetings from Doha. Have been following Shinto's works since last 2-3 years and glad to see it getting better and better over time. I am yet to see a traditional style single storied project though which is what I am planning for my residence. I do have a layout in mind so would like to discuss it with you once I am back in Kerala hopefully sometime in August.
