Pick up any Squier Tele and plug into any amp that offers clear distortion. Buy a multi-effects pedal and set it for phaser and delay. Distortion is up to you. That's basically the sound. The rest is technique.

tyty, this was all done through a Zoom G3 with Valhalla Reverb for reverb sounds. I'll probably do a video soon detailing how to get TK's tone.
