Thanks Will. I have a 6 year old golden. She’s so sweet and mellow, and in true golden retriever fashion, also a bit air-headed and aloof. It’s been tough getting her to focus and pay attention while training even with treats. She’s easily distracted. But, we will keep practicing and try to find a treat that will hold her attention better!
My Golden Retriever Puppy is 16 weeks now and usually very distracted during walks. Is it too early to use tools like slip lead? If so then what's the right age to introduce such tools for correction.

O my god, i have a golden retriever, he is 3 years old and I thought I am to late to learn him to not pull it is so frustrating 🙈
