Blue Loctite will hold your screws very firmly but you can break them free with some effort. If you use Red Loctite it will be very difficult to nearly impossible to break your screws free without an application of heat. That doesn't mean Red Loctite is "better" - screws subject to a great deal of vibration and as components of moving parts can still come loose so there is value in being able to break the Loctite so they can be tightened again in the future.
