The music comment shouldn’t distract from the content at hand which was this traffic stop by Trp. Harrell. It was my pleasure to edit this and bring it to you. As you saw, this was about as natural as The Natural State gets… a positive interaction from start to finish. Trp. Harrell did an excellent job! The Grant County Deputy did a great job as well. He cuffed him in the front and explained it to him. I enjoyed this one a lot.
Greetings from New Zealand. Thank you for the videos you post - I am enjoying them. It is great to see courteous officers upholding their duties while treating others with respect and consideration. It is so easy to get such a jaundiced view of policing in the USA from other channels. Obviously they select the dramatic interactions, which would be a very small subset of the day to day work. All kudos to these officers for their professionalism, for their care of those with whom they interact, and the respect shown to all.
Thank you so much for another upload in this series!🎉💙💛 Trooper Harrell is one of a kind awesome! I think it’s fair to say he’s old school while still possessing values of integrity, fairness while maintaining his responsibilities carrying them out with dignity and treating the violators/ suspects like human beings as long as you give him that choice if you know what i mean!💙🇺🇸💛👍 He is a great trooper! Also thank you for the inside view of the patrol car! That was great!👍💙🇺🇸
Funny because as I was editing the vid when I saw the inside of the patrol car, I thought about whether you’d say something later. And guess what… you did! Lol. Tpr. Harrell is the only one who’s had that kind of view out of the recent videos I’ve done…
@@NaturalStateTransparency it’s definitely a nice touch!👍 just out of curiosity what other troops are you planning after K? 🎉💙 you don’t have to tell me if you don’t want too. I was just wondering.👍😊🇺🇸
WELL… we’ll just have to see. I honestly haven’t gotten that far quite yet. There was also a retired LR officer who passed away and I’m looking to feature something on him.
@@NaturalStateTransparency sounds good I appreciate all your work and I’m sorry for your loss!💙🌈🙏 I remember a while back there was an Arkansas State trooper that died from Covid I believe from troop H.
Law enforcement gets a bad rep from the very few bad apples. Thank you for showing the compassionate side. I still like the music. "Little Rock where the river divides" is my fav. line. Haters are going to hate.
Goodness from the beginning you have such respect from everyone. For you, your excellent work & channel. This video is awesome, Trooper Harrell is amazing. I am also respecting you, your work & your channel. I was extremely lucky to happen upon your channel. Approximately one year ago.Thank you, for getting it right at the very beginning. Now excited to see your Video # 1000. Respect & Blessings always. ❤ 🇺🇸 🚑
Well the *other dude did his part too* ! Told him that he had no driver-license and made no effort to get away. Most likely learned to respect other people even if they are cops. I can easily see them in private downing one beer. 🙂
Everyone can learn from the trooper and the guy he stopped. There is no need for the 4 letter words and the rudeness although that may be all the guys they stop understand. We all need to respect one another.
This trooper right here a lot of trooper if they watch this video they need to take a page from his book while I say that I will explain to you how we deal with people it didn't take much for you to cooperate with him he's doing his job as a law man and I respect that when you speak people listen and just the way how we move it don't take much for you who he tried to broad him for your warrant no driver's license most of the time when I watch video with him people cooperate and I respect that like I said a lot of law enforcement officer need to take a page from his book he just spoke softly and he got it done and everybody corporate it's not like he's out there tossling to get you to go in the car just the way how we speak as a black man I respect that and I know a lot of black men who see his video agree with me 110%. That's my point
Somebody takes very good care of his uniform…😉 Yes indeed Trooper Harrell is very professional, but I have to say of all the videos I have watched I think most all the trooper are all pros. There methods of caring there duties is what make them a unique group of troopers! It’s been interesting to see new ones coming on board I hope they too will continue the tradition of quality.
@@NaturalStateTransparency oh ok but I was wondering how that system works but license plate reader makes sense I do know they even know if you don't have insurance
What I do know is that the license plate reader cameras are mounted near the bumper in the front. The LPR software automatically runs license plates thru ACIC (Ark. Crime Info Center). An ACIC return on a vehicle shows insurance status. So most def that’s how they already know. They can be rolling and running multiple plates at the same time and if one’s a hit they get an alert.
But sitting on the side of the road they can be running tags all day long. Those LPR’s are as sensitive as toll booth cameras. They can take a clear picture of the license plate at 70mph.
I personally also can’t stand the music but who am I to tell you what to do with YOUR site, however I really enjoy your videos, so I just fast forward past the music. Do you and keep the videos coming 😊
I think the guy that came got his car had warrants to cuz when the trooper scanned his licenses it made that sound like everybody else that has warrants.
As a Canadian I was wondering how are the rifle and shotgun secured? When cops jump out to run after someone and even locks the car could you just break the window and take the guns? I think our cops have guns in the trunks only. Always confused me and would love an answer from someone that knows.
@@NaturalStateTransparency Got it that explains it. I know some limos have key fobs that won't let anyone but the driver shift them out of park. I saw them running at the airport and asked the driver.
Wow .... treat an officer with respect, and follow directions, and look what happens. You get treated with respect in return. It's nothing personal, it's just business. Harrell simply took care of the business at hand. Didn't even handcuff him.
The thing is is that you play the music which really doesn’t bother me And you stop it out a good time to! So there’s no reason to be a Karen/ken. You do a great job for your editing. Makes it more interesting
Yes. Let me get through Troop K which is coming up. We’ll likely revisit Troop I soon since so many folks didn’t particularly care for some of the Troopers.

Thank you for supporting your local artists. And thank you for the Monday Night Rehabilitation. Nice font choice too.
This trooper is very cool, he is understanding and he knows how act like a decent human being. I can tell he knows when he has to be firm.
Agreed!
Trooper Harrell is a First Class Man. Treated this fellow with respect, no handcuffs needed. This is a real training film for the rookies.
I totally agree. 100%-

Great job by Trooper Harrell and please keep your intro music. Some of us love it. Don't know if you heard about or knew Moe D. Take care.
I did know Moe D. And he’s about to be featured. I’m gonna dedicate my next series to him.
Pretty cool how these videos show the good cops that are out there 👍
Keep the music, good work all around!

Damn good officer
Good training video
What type of system that will alert trooper that tag doesn't match???
Not sure the name of the actual system, but I do know the ASP had license plate readers installed into some of their units.

No problem. I always mute the sound until the actual chase begins,
Which is perfect. Resolves the issue.

“Just a Bad Dream” by Jasper Williams. The SoundCloud link is in the description!
Got it! Thank you. 😁
Every video I watch I’m like dayum I want to move to Arkansas from ohio. They’re not this lenient and understanding towards my people and I 😅😢

The mounts are electronic. There is a button in that squad somewhere to release them.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Why is he always stopping cars in town?
The expressway is a US Highway. ASP has primary jurisdiction on highways in Arkansas.
