Upgrading the QB room is a must. 2nd Rd Pick should be OL Jonah Monheim from USC. OL is getting older, and Jones has a weight problem. Need to add depth ready to play. Jonah has experience at every spot on the OL. The 3rd Rd Pick from NYG should be RB Cam Skatteboo. We need a north south runner to compliment the scat backs CLE have. Solid hands as a receiver and toughness needed n the RB room. Another 3rd Rd Pick should Mitchell Evans from Notre Dame. Playing at TE, H-Back, and Full back, Baby Gronk fits Kev's offensive scheme. Im good with Carter but I would prefer they trade back to around 15-20 and draft OT. Treveon Henderson is the best RB in this draft and you can trade from the first pick in the second and get Henderson in the middle of that round. This is a no brainer to me.

Sign Justin Fields. You got a starting QB, backup QB, young RB, and 2 versatile chess pieces on defense and its all before you even hit Day 3 fr.
Your Mock is a C / Only way they draft Carter at #3 is if they are trading Myles and getting an additional 1st and another 1st in 2026 with additional picks. They are definitely trading back but grabbing Campbell/Banks or Graham.
I don't like Hampton at the top of the 2nd. I think you can get bigger impact and still address RB in the 3rd/4th. I'm looking at OL or DL in round 2. That extra 3rd that you got in a trade would look great on someone like Nicholas Singleton or TreVeyon Henderson. One of them may be available in the 4th. McCord is the laziest thrower of the football that I've ever seen. Weak arm. I just don't see it. I haven't looked at all of these QB's yet, but I like Milroe and Dart so far. I'm not sure Milroe lasts to the 3rd though. Dart will likely be there a bit later.

For the trade. You make it sound like this draft is so good that teams are willing to move up to draft superstars. There are no prospects in this draft that worth moving up to draft.
A smart org would do option A. Draft your qb of the future when you get in this position and sign a vet. Literally follow the Falcons blueprint. Compete right away and have your future in your program learning. If you're chasing mid rounders and vet qbs to plug the position you'll be mediocre. You'd feel better about your franchise's future especially 26 and beyond, because now you dont have to trade assets to move up and go get a guy, you can take BPA. I see takes for Graham, but show me the success teams have had when they took D Brown, or Q Williams. Success rate drafting a tackle in round 1 for the last 5 years has been low. The position is no longer plug and play. Carter would be interesting but he's undersized. In a division that plays smash mouth football teams it doesnt make sense to draft a guy that high thats a situational edge. There is plenty of film on him getting erased in the run game.

Carter feels like a no brainer. I like Ersery. I like Harmon. I hate Hampton. If we take a RB, I think we need the opposite. Our O is desperately in need of a home run guy. Njoku is the only YAC guy we have. And i don't know enough about McCord this year to say, but I generally don't like taking QBs in rounds 3-4. If theyre good enough they probably went earlier. I'd say its a solid B since the only blemish is a preference thing. Though i definitely think a fast back would be better.

Carter feels like a no brainer. I like Ersery. I like Harmon. I hate Hampton. If we take a RB, I think we need the opposite. Our O is desperately in need of a home run guy. Njoku is the only YAC guy we have. And i don't know enough about McCord this year to say, but I generally don't like taking QBs in rounds 3-4. If theyre good enough they probably went earlier. I'd say its a solid B since the only blemish is a preference thing. Though i definitely think a fast back would be better.
