Thank you so much for including me for a bit in the end :) What an amazing video! it always makes me a bit emotional when I see people reacting to my stuff, especially you guys that I`ve been following for so long.
"There's so much talent out there, that's so inspiring actually" That is some serious praise. Imagine a legend like Zach King looking at your work and feeling inspired. JalexRosa is pretty incredible.
And about 3-4 years ago were allowing staff to be abusive and destructive to patients while many complaints were filed against them, nobody was removed as a part of it. Also not just advertisers, the sell client information to whoever can pay for it.
Of course they did, why would you ever give your mental health issue information to a huge data driven website? Just go to an actual talk therapist sometimes they're free or subsidized heavily. Sad to see better help pushed by so many RUclipsrs. Mental health and the privacy of your issues is super duper important it's not to be given away to a website.
At this point I start to believe, that the only reason you guys havent done Dune 2 react yet, is that you are waiting for Dany Villeneuv himself to get comfortable on the couch.
Finally! JalexRosa's time to shine!!!! Been following him since his first upload. Crazy talented dude. Just sad he didn't get more exposure, the guy has awesome vfx breakdown videos. Can you get Jalex on the couch?
I learned so much of my VFX from watching him do his work, super inspiring and crazyyyy talented. They need to do an entire episode around or with him!
I'm convinced BetterHelp is the epitome of money talks bullshit walks. Like they are a terrible company but all of our favorite content creators back them. It's sad, but like I said, money talks.
I’m guessing there’s some multi year contract that they have people sign that basically forces them to take sponsorships from them, and most like a NDA of some kind as well a bout said contract. Money is enticing, and I’m guessing people just don’t realize who better help is until it’s too late.
@@metronicmagician1816 Why would you assume that? The only things that does is put less accountability on the youtubers who are advertising us this shit, youtubers can be bad people too, stop romanticizing entertainers
@@melvindoo2396 how is talking about contract practices romanticizing? I’m not even really pushing the blame off of the RUclipsrs. Hell this doesn’t even get into the RUclipsrs that are actually an entire business of people working together where you could have a team made to get sponsorships at their best deals, and thus there is zero ethics involved. 7:40 "No editing/VFX" That can't be correct. There's definitely editing and effects happening here. It's not 100% practical. They are painting out the edge of the mirror, and you can see that the mirror doesn't actually sit on the "door line". It's definitely a real mirror, but they're doing a bit of "movie magic" to help sell the effect.
This is what I was thinking. It’s fine if they used VFX, but they emphasize that it’s “all practical”. That and the fact that the guy didn’t remember how they did most of the effects really frustrated me. Is it just because he has a team and doesn’t do every part of the shoot? Like, maybe he “doesn’t remember” because he didn’t work on those parts of the projects himself? That’s fine, but it’s all kind of presented as if he’s an auteur of everything.
seeing Zach King react to JalexRosa was a huge highlight for me. that kid is insanely skilled in VFX and hearing the crew talk about how impressive it is; i guess i just mean that its nice to hear people that are great at their craft recognize how awesome what he can do actually is
The most amazing thing about all this is that TikTok and RUclips can sustain this level of production. The OGs of RUclips used to dream of times like this.
Have you guys checked out the visual effects in the old Telugu movie 'Mayabazar' (1957)? It's a classic Indian film that used some pioneering techniques for its time. Despite being made over six decades ago, the creativity and ingenuity behind its special effects are truly impressive. It would be great to see you react to how they achieved those effects with the limited technology available back then. It’s a fascinating example of early VFX work that holds a special place in Indian cinema history!

I always thought Zach King's illusions were so awesome and seamless, but now after spending years watching Corridor I can see all the cuts, comps, tiles and layers that aren't necessarily edited in with the finesse of a VFX shot with a high budget, like you can actually see it all.
Would love to see you guys team up with mischief theatre. They did a whole episode of The Goes Wrong Show upside down and are masters at doing live practical stunts.
I wanted to point out with the projector trick, is when he puts the image of the black hole on it, his hand is in the way of the light, but his hand is also not blocking the image on the wall. I grew up with teachers using those, and that looked odd
You can spot the perspective change on the classroom one. Both for the black hole bit and over to the second classroom bit. Strange you guys missed it. Also, at 09:00 there is a gap between the table and the wall in the reflection and the spacing between the notebooks does not match.
3:00 When they shot the "flood"-scene in the first Kingsman-movie they had the set on a rig that was meant to drop it into the water at stages. Yeah the computer malfunctioned and just went "full down" on the first take^^
07:37 First-surface mirrors; sorta made the same way as regular mirrors, but the the metal coating is left exposed and polished or something instead of being flipped around and just using the glass surface for the smoothness; not sure on the exact fabrication details.
