The potato eye is the place where the root is growing later from. You can divide a potato into several parts with one eye in each and plant them separately. Later you get as many potato plants as you had parts😁 I got 6 or 7 riddles correct, but it doesn't matter. The main thing is It was really funny. Thanks a lot for the video.

These riddles are challenging, but so much fun! Next time invite Heather to join you, she is good at riddles 😎
    Here are my answers:
5- Catch a cold and it can be the sun.
6- A band never plays music, my answer was headband. I think it's correct
9- What has one eye but can't see. My answer was the door as it has a peephole 😂
11- The two things you can't eat for breakfast are lunch and dinner (I already know this one from your podcast with Heather 😂)
I answered numbers 14&15 correctly as well.
Thank you, Gideon! I enjoyed it!

Hi Gid, for riddle number nine i was thinking " the eye of the cyclone or cyclone's eye" .Do you currently use the Word "cyclone" in English? Perhaps you prefer "hurricane " like Bod Dylan, or maybe "storm" like "riders on the strom" ... Enjoy your holidays.Serge from France.

I'm just wondering if the eyes of A potatoe may be those holes in the letters
    A p o a o e which are included in the word (A potatoe) itself .
Do you think that makes sense ? Come tell me .

In Slavic languages a potato has “eyes” not marks, literally the same word as for human’s eyes.

This also apply to Romance languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc. Maybe it's a common term in all languages. However, I'm not sure about other languages like Chinese and Korean.
