His coworkers are too much into his personal business! Cringe 😬! I understand why his wife said she feels awkward plus he didn’t even tell her in advance. In a previous scene, he left her at home while he went to dinner with his foster family and she told him she felt like he was ashamed of her because he didn’t want anyone to know they’re married. Now, he tried to correct that mistake by surprising both his coworkers/friends and his wife with a get together to announce that he got married. The only problem is that he didn’t tell her in advance that it will be at their house so she didn’t get a chance to mentally prepare and also to dress up. I think he did it so his friends can stop trying to fix him up on a date with other women. Remember, he never date and they thought it was odd because he’s smart, talented, rich and very handsome and a lot of ladies would love to have a chance to be with him. All those years, he was pining for his now then wife. She truly was his college sweetheart and his first and only love. That’s how devoted he was to her. It’s strange how he shows it though now that they are married. They are living together but they seem awkward still but maybe because they haven’t seen each other in 7 years and suddenly she came back and then he proposed to her. It happened too fast. It’s like they’re relearning how to be together again like they were in college. The only problem is that they’ve both changed. They both have careers now, she’s a divorcè, and he is a workaholic who is now a partner in a law firm making rich. He’s been carrying a little bit of a grudge since college because of the way they broke up and left the country when they’re supposed to be in love. I can understand his point of view but instead of taking it out on her, they should’ve talked to clear up some misunderstandings. From what I understand, she’s been trying to talk to him to tell him what happened but he keeps brushing her off or delaying it as if he’s trying to avoid the situation for fear of going through the emotional distress again. It’s his way to not lose control ever again because after all, he is an attorney and his job is to be prepared and be in control, however, when it comes to her, he always loses control because he has deep feelings for her. He seemed cold and formal on the outside but inside, he’s like a fire burning, yearning for her, ready to pounce on her but he’s trying again to control it. This is just my personal takeaway on this story.

RIP fashion and good taste! The blouse worn by the protagonist is a huge crime for fashion! This serie is one of my favorites, but the clothes that dress the protagonist are tragically ugly! The person responsible for the clothes of the serie should be arrested by the fashion police!

Love the series. In terms of her styling, I think they were going for carefree and artistic but seriously missed the mark.
From top to bottom the wardrobe people did her dirty. She looked ridiculous most of the time.

Please fire the stylist & wardrobe for this show. My focus keeps going first to the terrible outfits she is in before I can understand the scenes. Maybe they are going for opposites attract theme but the styling could have be better & fashionable.
