One survivalist has bought himself more time after a successful expedition into the downtown districts to source more provisions. Leaving behind a horde of undead within the Quarantine zone, time will tell just how solid the zones walls are in containing the undead.
Resist the Undead is a series made by me (Cayden/Blakey) with ArmA 3. The series follows the zombie/survivalist theme which will focus on many different elements in the realm of zombie survival, revolving around one man. I hope you enjoy this new series. Thanks for watching.

I love the show-not-tell aspect of this story. Not a single word has been spoken but I already feel heavily invested in the survivor's story.
One of the best zombie movies, i've ever seen. Truly! I even forgot, that this is a game graphics.
Camera angles, music, story - everything is great! This is true cinema! Very stylish, very in good taste!

PS: I think, you should make something like this, but without zombies. Beautiful and emotional story about some special ops squad, who fights some terrorists, dictarorship or some anti-government organization - but in same, THIS style.

Thanks man. Believe me it's a bit tricky where you can't narrate a story without speaking. But as one guy also said, being visually narrated is appealing. Basically sums up my approach to video making. Like what Mr Bean is. Visually told. And the best thing is any language from any country will understand what's happening 🙂

Really enjoyed the story! Some cliché moments (which is totally fine!!) but very enjoyable all the same, fantastic work! The dog was the perfect addition for an "emotional" part or audience connection. Awesome stuff!!

I love the vids mate, do you think you'll ever make some on the scale of Zombie1?
I've got a few series in the back of my mind that I would love to do later on after Resist The Undead. One of them is similiar in scale/size to Zombie1's style of videos. There would be lots of shooting and lots of zombies lol. Full of action. It would be all connected to each episode as well. It's definately tempting to work on but this series must come and end first lol.

Well maybe they are decomposing like the zombies from dying light,they were while fast when they first get infected but with time they start to slow down because the decomposition set in making them an easy target

Use Nvidia Shadowplay to record and set bitrate to max so you get the best quality footage. You'll need a HDD of atleast 1 or 2 terrabytes to store the footage on and make sure to get a fast HDD. Western Digital Black is what I use and I hardly notice a difference at times with that and my SSDs.
