then jumped to the 1/2 pound rope...
that's like going from benching 150 pounds and then stepping up to 300 the next day/set/whatever.

JRD, would you recommend to learn with the 1/4 LB Rope or 1/2 pound? I’m pretty good with single unders with both..

I've been practising this day in day out for 2 weeks and it's just not clicking, I'm jump high enough but not moving my wrists quick enough. Like I feel I pressured to do then as everyone else can. I can do the criss cross, boxer skip , side swipe etc all very well but this doesn't seem to click, with me. I'll keep practising

GV 00008 - there are soo many pieces to the puzzle.
Nutrition is huge. Are you eating to support your goals?? How do you know? How much do you need to eat each day? What are you eating daily? Are you tracking your macros?
Are you just exercising or are you following a program that will challenge you and help you reach your goals? Moving your body is great, but doing it with purpose will help you get what you are after.
We have a program that will help: offer.jumpropedudes.com/swolesamurai

Hey JRDudes, I have been trying to do double unders for the past week and I am now able to do 4-5 double unders consecutively but i am not able to sustain it through for more. Also, crossovers are the one that i suck at. I do practice them a lot (30-40 mins a day) but still I am not able to get on track. Have followed all the things highlighted in this and the previous vidoes but no success. What’s going wrong with me??

Ritesh Shinde - nothing at all... except for that fact that you aren't being patient. You need to practice practice practice. You'll get It. Also your condition will improve so you'll be able to do more!!!

In addition to JRD, use the alt. foot skill to build speed and practice sustaining it for longer periods. That will build the endurance as well as wrist strength to keep you going longer.
