@rouzbeh61 - Interesting what you say. I am attempting to learn more of the Persian culture all over the region. The songs are amazing. I have listened in various Kazak/Farsi/Afghan/Persian dialects (I think) and I really don't know the difference. But so many songs of the region - I am impressed by the culture.

I noticed with Afghan/Dari and various other languages in the region there are similar words like Dil and watan etc. Are these origin of Persia or Sanskrit/Hindi? I get a bit lost as to origins and where the language disappears... Hope this makes sense!
@TheLangari Well Iranian Persian is still the closes dialect to Dari (afghan Persian), because they are exactly the same language. These two dialect are 99% the same and Iranian can understand completely Dari Persian. it is like American English and British English. Hindi and Urdu are two whole different languages from Persian(Iranian or afghan dialect). Hindi and Urdu speaker can understand each other like 80%. Basically Urdu is same as Hindi with more Persian words in it.

Farsi in general has three major regional branches (Classic Persian (Iranian), Dari(Afghanistan) and Tajiki(Tajikistan, Uzbekistan)) and belongs to Iranic branch of Indo-european language family. Cultural wise Iranians are more westernized, Tajiks are more mixed with Russian culture and language, and Afghans are more close to Pakistan and Indian culture. There are a general tendencies that I mentioned.
First of all pakistan was not a country it was only Indian and it's just been a while pakistan separated and the pakistani people have no culture because they were Indian . Afghanistan has 5000 year culture and heritage because they are aryan and thats why they all are beautiful.

Hindi has a strong touch of Persian because India was rule by Mughal dynasty for several centuries. Mughals used Persian as the court, military and science language in Indian subcontinent that imported many Persian and Arabic words into Hindi. India influence on afghans is culturally not linguistically.

Actual word in Iranian Persian is Divaane, Jaan, Khaater, Bahaane. as you can see it is the same as Afghani Persian. Ma ham migim khaater. vaghit migim vase khater it means because of you. mesele vase to which means for you.
