Retraining and perhaps a sense of detachment from any particular party, agenda or milieu. All they need to know is the law, what is allowed and what is not. Their colleagues in the High Court office could also do well to participate in the same retraining.

The whole thing stinks . It was not Justice that was served, it was the Law, their hands were tied in this situation.

It’s appalling that he needs to go to these lengths simply in order to exert his rights under Irish law. If his name was Mohammed or Umbuko I seriously doubt he would have been treated like this.

So a judge under the sovereign seal effectively prevented a criminal summons being issued. No judicial duty there.
