It's so annoying when you get a tie in the Duel Minigame Asteroad Rage when playing Endurance Alley because you ran out of time. It's not my fault if there are only 30 seconds on the timer and my opponent doesn't mess up! Also there are some minigames which you can easily lose, such as the 4-Player Minigames Freeze Frame and Treasure Trawlers. I'm just glad they left out the luck-based minigames in Endurance Alley, but I heard those luck-based minigames are still in the Japanese version of Mario Party 6 in Endurance Alley...
As I saw in a NicoNico Douga video, in order to get a draw on Ball Dozers, you must let all the players from both sides move to the wall behind them, over time, the camera weirdly pans above the pipe, soon, the camera stops panning on the 3 players-panel, while the 1 player-panel continues to pan. Soon, the timer will show, then wait until the timer reaches zero, and you get a draw.
Likely to discourage players from taking too long to finish them. It only appears when at least 4 minutes and 30 seconds have passed during those minigames, including time record-based minigames such as "Circuit Maximus." If 30 seconds have passed after the timer appear and players still haven't finished it yet, the minigame ends in a tie. This is most seen when playing with 4 controllers.
