Just one thought: Not doing it today is sometimes not procrastination, but rooted in the knowledge there's gonna be the right time to act, to push, to overcome, but it's not today - see Eccl. 3 - As you say: Sometimes you need to be patient and wait for God. You can't do everything on one day. So there's a time to work and also a time to rest, to be re-created by God and to pray ... and to listen what's up to do today ...
