I was actually looking to dual myself.
But pre industral weapons shouldn't be fired anymore. Or are these an exception?

There are plenty of modern versions. You shouldn't have to worry about using a period example. That said, dueling was nearly an Olympic sport. I might recommend looking into similar non-lethal equipment. :)

Dueling is not a sport nor should be treated as such. Dueling is to weed out ideas with no root. A man will not lay down his life on a half held belief. It separated the chaff from the wheat in a simple way in intellectual debate. Most liars won't die for their lies, and when they do nothing of value was lost.
You want an honest government? Here's the answer. Voluntarily of course. And using the older equipment of course, dueling with pistols now would he insane. But dueling has a way better safety record than say the NFL today.
Don't take this as discouragement in pursuing this, I just wanted to give you a more nuanced answer from somebody who doesn't benefit financially from your purchase. I'd like you to continue to pursue and keep in mind the historical significance, the positives and the negatives, and the philosophical thoughts of our founding fathers and how this can help prove ones personal sovereignty.
Texas is the only state I am aware of where you can duel, get a doctor and have no cameras and no direct witness as to keep everyone's plausible deniability intact. This isn't getting around the laws, this is how to do this legally.
