I am so excited, after dislocating my shoulder back in early June, I’m finally recovered and strong enough to do this class!!! It’s been rough not being able to practice at my previous level, but also a humbling experience that’s reminded me that yoga isn’t just the practice, but a mindset you carry with you all day. So happy to be back on the mat with y’all!!

i agree with you, we do those "beginner" classes on chill days or in addition as well, just always feels so good without overworking, especially after a long day working and sitting!!

I hesitated to do this class... I was gonna do Yoga For Men vol. 10... But then I opted for this. What a great beginner class for non beginners. Haha. I thought to myself that when I was a beginner, I could not have done half the class. Thanks for keeping a beginner class challenging!

best yoga I found on youtube. I am very overweight and usually it's either the pace or the poses that make me lose motivation very quickly, but this one was very doable but still challenging. Thank you for doing this for free and not inserting multiple ads!
FLO This was really great...I am 62 (fit ex trainer boxing etc) and with joints a little worn this is been just what was required. I also loved the gently talk into the vinyasa. Thanks again one of the BEST I personally have done. x
Hey again! Thanks for this! I've been doing this practice daily since completing your Beginner 7-Day one twice. Going to start the Ignite probably this Monday. My mom just had knee replacement surgery (among other stressful things), so it's a busy time; doing what I can to upkeep the self-care. I also have a big move in August/new job starting Sept 1 and am in between homes (staying with a friends and fam), so lots of big life changes, but am sooo grateful for these awesome practices to support me through all of this! Namaste!

Can't believe this is a 40 minute class. Went by so quickly. Feels so good . Thank you. I have a question here...When I did the low lunge twist, my side by the rib cage started to cramp up. Happened on both sides. What do you think I did wrongly? Please advice. Thank you.

seems to just not be used much. observe it and keep working on it, usually cramps go away as you gain more control in those areas of the body 🙏🖤
