thanks a lot. couple Notes: to connect to vmiz you do not need to install NDI tools on PC. VMI_X is enough. Run NDI application on mobile and Add NDI input in vmix. thats it.
APK on the link is very old NDI cam for andriod. Good for evaluation purposes, but the latest NDI camera is working a bit better (but not free unfortunately).

NEWTEK NDI is also available for Iphone and it works perfectly fine though not free. Will make the video next and also some free options.

My pc is connected via lan cable and our cellphone connected wifi i dont know why cant detect cellphone camera in vmix ndi capture it is the same internet connection

Is it your phone camera and if so what type of phone is it. If it's a low end device then your going to face such problem. Use a high end device.
