Your drop test base is completely hollow unlike the floor it won't provide much resistance to force absorption, rather it absorbs the impact force and the device gets considerably less damage

My gt neo 2 fell from approximately 7 feet on to its screen and now its getting a screen replacement and i would suggest you to try not to break the phone because the parts are a bit too expensive the screen price is almost 9k

Gupta ji I have a question. Let's say the water did enter inside the phone (like in case of X7 Max). Checking after an hour or so, the phone was working but let's say in longer run like a year later or so, will there be any damage cuz I'm wondering if water would damage the circuits inside?
The marbel is hollow so it absorbs some preassure and impact, floor or street is more hard and doesn't absorbs impact, so its not accurate test i think

You test situations based on conditions similar to real life, so i mentioned that we will not drop on a surface like that. And if we drag physics into it, then so many other factors matters , we all know, like if there is a very tiny pc of rock at surface or any edge , then that can easily crack any glass with a very small impact.
