Emergent Behavior

This video demonstrates an example of emergent behavior. These agents are not doing any kind of planning, but are responding to conditions on the field. These responses collectively seem to impart an AI onto the agents, when in reality it's just emergence as a result of collective behavior. Birds flocking and fish shoaling or schooling are examples of this in nature.
