You can see artificial AI enhancements/sharpness modifiers on the Samsung images. Not saying it’s bad pictures, but there’s very clearly software enhancements going on and you aren’t getting the raw image.
Apple does software edit too :) At this point, all flagships have this feature probably from every brand. Why? Because people want nice photos. Also, you can turn those things off but it's still a better decision, when you want good quality photos, to buy some proper camera. That's it, if you care about details. There are simply physical and physics limitations for phones on how good they can be and the rest of it has to do software. That's the reason :)
When you are zooming in with both phones why don't you stableize these phones before taking a photo or video. You're not showing how good a photo or video these phones can take.

I’m glad iPhone is finally getting more zoom. iPhone also has better video quality with higher fps. But credit to Samsung for having an incredible 100x zoom

iphone does better in color and quality…. with 12 mp and 48 mp iphone camera vs 200 mp samsung camera. samsung need to justify why image quality so bad for 200mp sensor.
