Pascal applies ‘systems thinking’ to enhance the delivery of complex infrastructure projects-and thus prevent so-called ‘practical solutions’ that lead to long-terms disbenefits.
Niels favours “Just in Time Training”, starting with what the people in the project are supposed to accomplish, and what they should do to accomplish that successfully and efficiently.
In this panel discussion, they will try to convey their approaches to rescuing projects in trouble, and seek common ground. Whether that enhances our understanding of ‘systems thinking’ remains to be seen.
