Thanks I was confused on that boss that's why it took longer for me, I wasn't seeing the small screen that much, too busy focused on the bigger screen.
The top screen shows each guy with a number of horns. Order is guy with one horn, guy with two horns, and guy with three horns. Merge it correctly for Blaaz to turn back to his true self.

This fucking game lmao. Voted the worst game in the franchise but it's the only Zelda game I've played (to completion, I've dabbled with the old arcade ones for like 15 mins at a time before getting bored) but it was fun specifically because of how you used the system to interact with the game. I remember YEARS ago laying on my bed trying to do the "Press the crest to the map" puzzle, when after like an hour and a half, I was so fed up I closed my DS and looked online for an answer. Turns out the answer was to close your DS so that the top screen (where the crest was) and the bottom screen (where the map was) would "press together." And when I went back to my DS to open it, lo and behold, the crest's imprint was now mirrored on the bottom screen map. TECHNICALLY I solved the puzzle before looking up the answer, but I never would have guessed that THAT was what I needed to do, especially since everyone and their mother knew that puts the system into sleep mode. That's like telling me to put my computer into sleep mode to solve a game's puzzle, I'd never guess to do something like that. Makes me wonder how you would progress if you were playing the game via ROM on a virtual DS emulator, since one would lack the physicality of putting the game into sleep mode.
i agree this game was honestly one of the best games id ever play on the DS the puzzles were a bit tricky and i still have nightmares to this day btw it took me technically 4 years to beat this game cuz i gave up for about 2 years came back and finished the job
Some items just wouldn't really work on a TV, such as the hammer for example. Others could maybe be side stepped by using the lock on feature like Twilight Princess, but a few just wouldn't work
Boss Stagedies: 1: Use boomerang to merge them together. But you need to do it in order by the number of horns each one has. Once they are merged, he will be stunned. So attack him until he splits again or until hes defeated.
I enjoyed the bosses in this game more than spirit tracks, bellum, cubus sisters, triplet dragons, very unique indeed and wish ST had more unique bosses too
@@greenhat8978 Depends. "More unique bosses" could either mean the existing bosses should be more unique or there should be more bosses that are unique.

It extends the time in the Temple of the Ocean King which is needed to reach the leader of the phantoms Bellum, get used to that because that's 50% of the entire game right there.
Without it the temple will suck the life out of you. Like the bartender said, the temple was built in Linebeck’s honor, but a curse was laid there sucking souls from all who enter.
For the first boss, there is an order you need to get the little fire guys together
