If you want F1 wheels on the Comet Retro Custom, you can use the Auto Shop glitch by adding F1’s to a normal Comet that a customer brings into the Auto Shop. After you do the glitch with the normal Comet, just bring it to Benny’s shop and purchase the upgrade to make it the Retro Custom. The F1 wheels will stay and transfer to the Retro Custom version. The only catch is you have to keep delivering Auto Shop vehicles until you finally get a Comet to spawn. Any vehicle that can be upgraded at Benny’s that already has F1’s will work the same way and transfer to the upgraded version.
