Tyrone ranks every Chelsea player signed for the 23/24 season thus far in this Chelsea FC tier list video. Chelsea players are ranked in the following categories in this Chelsea tier list: EXCELLENT, GOOD, NEEDS TO DO BETTER, and BAD.
Chelsea, led by Mauricio Pochettino, is currently ranked tenth in the Premier League, but they have won four of their past five matches.

Absolutely spot on for Sterling. He’s shown glimpse of what he can do. And he’s played for big clubs with City and Pool. But until today he just can’t seem to be consistent for a full game! Let alone a few games.

I think the only reason Gallagher looks good is because the system is built around him and that hurts Enzo and Caicedo bc it shoved one out of position and forced the other to be a one man midfield

I love the fact that petrovic is a no-nonsense goalkeeper. He just clears the ball if there's too much pressure during a build up from the back. You could argue that it is a waste of possession if he keeps clearing, but its so much better than trying to make a risky pass but failed, like sanchez did most of the time.
Gallagher is definitely better than Enzo and Caicedo this season, without a doubt. Chelsea cannot sell him and I feel like he could get a status of similar to Frank Lampard, he has tremendous potential at Chelsea and I think we would be so wrong if he gets sold.

James and Chilwell can't really be judged since they have been injured,. Sanchez, Broja, Cucurella, Sterling, Disasi and Madueke go into the needs to do better category... Also Jackson has been simply bad imo. Besides the fact that half his goals were against a 9 man Tottenham playing a defence wall at the centre of the pitch, he loses the ball so often, his reaction time is terrible, bad finishing, i don't know what ppl see in him. I really hope we get a serious striker in January.

Since November, I cannot remember a game where Connor was good. There are games like Wolves, where it is painful to see Gallagher.

very harsh to put james in bad, he cant help the fact he's injury prone and when he's played he's been good most of the time and gusto is an excellent player for sure

Broja is a good Championship standard striker. Disasi prefers to mark space than players and as the Sun said at the weekend, the Crossbar was a better defender. Chilwell needs to play in his best position, not left wing. Palmer needs to improve at defence and not ducking out of headers. If Gallagher had 20% more quality, along with his effort he would be a very good player. Petrovich is good. Enzo has a hernia and I know what it is like to try and play with that, very difficult. Petrovich is good. Maatsen is not a defender, too loose with the defending. Colwill needs games at centre back. Ugochukwo would be OK in the Championship. Gusto, now 20 will probably turn out to be the best player Chelsea have. Cucurella could be an outstanding left back if he is played there. Caicedo is not the player that Chelsea thought he was when they bought him, he does not offer enough. Mudryk is sadly a one trick pony and if Chelsea can get their money back, they should sell him. Jackson still has potential and if he can get on a run of scoring, he will improve. Noni is one of the future Chelsea stars and if he gets his chance starting instead of Sterling, he will show it. Sterling is the same player he was at City, constantly running up blind alleys and losing the ball. It didn't look as bad there as he was surrounded by brilliant players and another chance would come along quickly. Chelsea should sell him, he will never get back in the England team. Chelsea should also sell James to Madrid now with his injury issues and his anger problems. I never understood why Chelsea bought Sanchez, he was regarded as a flapper at Brighton. Silva is of course brilliant but his age is showing sadly. Finally Poch has made so many mistakes in his team selections.

In my opinion Disasi has been worse than Badiashile, Disasi has made more errors imo and I don’t feel comfortable with him in the squad atm.
I also think you’ve been harsh on Cucurella on who has arguably been our best LB this season.

Armando Broja in the Bad category is harsh. He hadn't played the game for about a year and he's just trying to find his confidence again. Ian Maatsen's placement is also harsh. He's not played in the right position for him and he's young, you fault him for that and he's not had enough game time.
