Hi, yes, I think you'll need to pass all previous "Training Simulation" Campaign first, including Prime Division, then the Experimental Phrase campaign will come up, I have a video about how to pass all those campaigns. (You do not need to pass any RetroSyn and Vega Alliance Campaign inorder for it to come up)
