Because the seed is quite big, like a chickpea, they probably used a bigger seed starting pellet and that's why there is a bulbous feel below? Not sure...but looking at everything else above the base, it is a nasturtium.

Use Google lens to identify plants. Read up how to take care. Most impt factors: sun and water. Learn what each plant needs.
