Listen to this takes me back to my childhood and the reason why I chose to do therapy for my childhood traumas, this definitely is a session for Njugush, Phil you did great for just listening and being a safe space.
I can relate so much to Njugush. All my life I have been struggling with self esteem since when I was young. I grew up in a village and I have been trying to fit in all my life. People have been writing me off since I was young. Last year God opened doors for me, I got a job in aFintech company and in the same year I started a company. the first day I started my job i felt out of place and I almost quit. Self esteem was killing me but I have been fighting it someday I fail 😢 and sometimes I get through it, I think God directed me here. Soon I will be on your platform and tell people about all these
Njugush is the best of the best! No one will ever crack my ribs the way he does! I pray that he breaks more barriers than he ever imagined. Keep winning Njugush! ❤
I have to show this to my daughter. She is short and petite and does not look her age and people always question her and assume her at times and i know she is strong but this will make her stronger. Thanks Phil and Njugush for this. Its really an inspiration
I love The Njugunas,I love The Mutua's,I love the Philips and the whole Phil-it productions.....you inspire alot guys,I personally love you vibes, your stories etc, more life more blessings guys🤲✊
This is powerful...Am glad Njugushes life turned out the way it did but let's teach our kids not to be bullies.....Not every kid would have the mind strength like Njugush to fight and overcome that mental anguish.....weuh!
Njugush ni Introvert but ata ukimpea mwaka hawezi maliza story. But the good thing ni they are interesting and inspiring. Keep Up Njugush. You're so genuine . Si maceleb wengi hupeana realities. God bless you. Phil director we love your work.

I can listen/watch timo narrating the story of his life 1000times I love simplicity.and authenticity that he has,, keeping his life low-key despite what he has gone through to be where he is now God has elevated him to a level that even the president recognises his hard work Manze hio inatupea presuure hapa nje .. Good job Philip
Great and inspiring life lessons. You are the epitome of someone who chose to use the painful and negative experiences to make yourself better and not bitter. Good job Phil.
This is very helpful as a parent to understand how our childhood impacts us, what we thought was possible, how we act and how it impacts our children in return. Cause at times we can make our kids relive our traumas subconsciously so we must be intentional to make their experiences better.
God please BLESS me with 3friends one like Phil, another like njugush and blessed njugush in my life...I want a group of friends who will make my life and their lives thrive for GREATNESS
Bullying in primary school was nasty.... It left a deep wound that it's healing 20+ years later. I am better than yesterday. Dealing with self esteem is a gradual process and not a one day/time thing. One of the best ways is to teach your children not to be bullies and most importantly, how not to allow bullies get into their head.
Phil i just came straight from watching you on your interview with Lynn. I love how you guys are honest and show that it is possible to make it despite coming from a deprived background.. you guys are hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂
This is amazing. I also hope Njugush realizes all those people or bullies were also kids at the time. Going through their own different kind of traumas.
Was once skinny but when I joined Dagoretti High was forced into the rugby pitch, rugby dinning table and was to sleep in their cubical....... Guess what i joined the gym, became masculine. all these happened because of the games master. All he said before everyone while I was crying after some series of bullying. if I can quote his words, "Face the world as a Viking, this world needs your sweat not your tears." I ended up even becoming the DH captain, those of us who joined high school in the early 2000's know what it takes to be the DH captain. Lesson I learnt, Parent, Make your kids know they are made of iron....... instill that bravery into them.......... Let them get dirty, let them invent.
Woooww this is very informative, I've realised njugush struggled with self-esteem as I've been I'm notyet there ,I fight it day In day out, to an extent I'm an introvert I enjoy my own so space sooo much, wooooww it's a journey, Thankyou so much phil for this

All those childhood bullies have played a big role in who you are today. They were placed on your path to build the character that makes you The great Njugush you were today. Sometimes look at them say thank you cause had they not been there your story would be different.
It's very true that esteem issues begin from very early stages.when we are young and things were said about us or to us,, it's very hard to forget. We grow in those words.. it takes quite a journey to accept yourself as you are..
