The only thing my cat ever took from me was a good nights sleep. I'm sure many people have experienced this, but she used to climb up on top of my head while I was sleeping and purr like a small diesel engine. I hope I did right by her. Rest in peace, Blue.
If that's what Blue did then he was very comfy with u & loved u very much. It's been proven that a cats purring can actually help certain illnesses. Something about the frequency or something. My cat Bug purrs so loud. I always say he's got a hemi in there but he always seems 2 know when I've had a bad day & gives me extra lovin. Sometimes he even crawls up my clothes & makes me hold him. It always makes me feel better. I'm very sure Blue was a happy cat & just from what u wrote I know he was well loved. I'm very sorry 4 ur loss. Do u have any other pets?
@@stephanieperri5012 No. I moved out years ago and my landlords dont allow pets. Saving up for a house, hahahahaha, and if I manage to get one im gonna go to a shelter and adopt.

@Leuvahk The Skelly Man That's wonderful. I wish u all the luck in the world with gettin ur house. Most of my guys just showed up starving, scared, & alone. I'm convinced there r little kitty hobo signs leading 2 my house that say food, shelter, love, & cuddles this way. The last 1 that showed up in a snowstorm was so bad I didn't think he was gonna live thru the night. He did tho & he's a moose. & he's such a happy cat. Everytime he comes runnin 2 me I call it his happy cat dance cuz his head bobs up & down & side 2 side. Kinda looks like he has music playing in his head.
Pretty sure my two kitties are cat sidhe descendants, but they seem to be more interested in defending the house from pests and shadow monsters so i think we're ok :)

In the Caribbean and in some places in Africa it's a pretty well known fact lol in Haiti if you have a newborn ther is a chance a vampire is nearby

I once saw a cat runnin across the st & I saw the car comin...there was nothing I could do. I watched the whole thing & was 100% sure that cat got hit. But he was somehow able 2 dodge & came out on the other side of the st completely unharmed. He definitely had a wide eye'd look on his face but I can't believe he was ok.

I have a jet black cat with the brightest yellow/orange eyes. That's him in my profile...his name is BugaBoo & when he was maybe 3-4 months old he showed up on my doorstep soaking wet. I slowly opened the door thinking he'd get scared & run...but he walked in like he owned the place!!! He's been by my side ever since. He's super smart & actually saved my life. A roommates friend was always drunk & threatening me & Bug. He wound up attacking me with a knife. Bug was up on a shelf & jumped down on the guy...giving me enough time 2 grab the knife & my cat & get the F outta there!!! Bug has never growled or hissed at any1 b4 but he went Cujo on this guy. Bug always sits with me while I watch ur videos & when u say summon ur familiars I always give him a pat. I literally wouldn't b here if it weren't 4 him & not just because of the knife incident
I once heard that the ancient Egyptians thought that cats held the sun in their eyes each night until dawn. When you catch the sheen of your cat's eyes in the dark, it's easy to believe. What a wonderful idea.

To be fair, the bat thing was thanks to Vlad The Impeller, because he used a ton of bats during a battle. Since bats fly away from the rising sun, he kept a bunch of bats on the runrise side of a hill, got the enemy to chase them, and released the bats at sunrise onto the enemies who thought Vlad and his Lads were inhuman and had all turned into bats to attack them.
Say what you want about Vlad'... He was wicked smart and wiley!
My favorite was when he had his army (with the help of a local gypsy clan according to legend) take the shoes off all their horses and turn them around backwards... The oncoming Turks thought they were chasing Vlad into a dead end, but had only tracked him and his entire army back to the boxed valley where they'd started the ride!
I don't care who you are... THAT is the stuff of legendary mischief! It's no wonder they worried he could never die. The man could vanish into a thin mist... turn an entire force into bats... walk through solid stone cliffs WITH horses, men, armor, and everything... ;o)

Well, its a big ol tangent but the first thing that always comes to my mind is that many vampires are afflicted with severe OCD and outside of the Count from Sesame Street this is very rarely used in relatively modern vampire stories, and thats kind of a shame.

In the 1800s, ice would be used to help keep the body from decay. If you lit a fire, you'd melt the ice faster than normal.
Whenever you were talking about vampire bats you kept showing flying fox bats. Flying foxes are strictly fruit eaters and are a lot larger than vampire bats. So people might get confused when they look up/see real vampire bats and realize they don’t look like what you put in the video.
That’s really my only concern

A cat’s eyes are best for seeing at night so they can’t see very well during the day. Plus there are tons of bigger predators that would love a cat as a snack. The reason they drink their prey’s blood is to keep themselves hydrated. Love the vampire theory, but when you look at the science behind these behaviors, cats being vampires just doesn’t add up😅
